    Major procedures : Esophagectomy ( Stripping, Blunt dissection, VATS esophagectomy ) ,
                              Esophago-gastro-duodenectomy , Whipple procedure..etc.,

Reconstructive Operation

    Replacement  : Skin tube,  Gastric tube,  Jejunal  flap,  Free jejunal segment , Ilio-colon or
                         Colon seg.  Artificial esophgus ( esophageal conduit ).

    Reconstruction Named  as: Cervical Esophago-gastric Anastomosis, Esophago-
                                        ilio-gastrostomy, Free jejunal segment interposition
                                        and ileo-colon  or  Colon interposition.

    Route of approach : subcutaneous ( Pre-mediastinum ) , Retro-mediastinum and Intrathoracic
                               routes.

Complications

    Anastomotic leakge, Empyema, Bleeding, Pneumonia, Resp. faliure, Fever
      condition, Post-op stricture, Cor pulmonale, Sepsis.
