       Clinical Manifestations
Dysphagia         Many degree: Solid diet untolerable; semisolid diet; soft diet; hard diet; milky                                 diet; liquid diet;  saliva; → complete un-swallowing
                        Many conditions: esophagus itself, orolaryngeal defect, unconscious patient,                                   myasthenia gravis, sceroderma or collagen diseases, neuro-muscular ( CNS or
                           PNS ) disorder, orophayngeal defect, surrounding compressio and anorexia                                     nervosa

Nausea,vomitingAttempting decreas weight, alcoholic, durgs, pregnancy, electrolyte depletion,
                           febrile condition, hepato-renal origin, high blood ammonia and so on.

Chest pain         Esophagus itself without serosa, usually result with less pain symptom, but
                           stretch, copression and erosive ulcer induced another type of sensory.
                         Differentiation between angina, aortic aneurysm and pulmonary condition is
                         necessary, besides the dyspnea or dysphagia nervosa should be considered.
                         Mallory-Weiss tearing pain and so on

Body weight loss  ( 略 )

Hoarsness       Any compression or injury of the recurrent laryngeal n. especially in the tumor
                          of neck lesion,  operation or irradiation fibrosis  ( thyroid, lymph nodes, thymus,                             trachea, esophagus ) this symptom will be found with degree of aphonia to slight                             hoarsness combine with choking

Hematemesis  Varicose bleeding chiefly, Cancer ulcer bleeding, Iatrogenic injury bleeding,
                           and diverticular bleeding should be differentiated with gastric bleeding.

Others           Palpitation, tight chest, anxiety etc
